Ferry is licensed, not sold, for your personal or internal business use on devices you own or control.
You are responsible for the photos, videos, and files you transfer. Do not use Ferry to move or store content you do not have the right to, or that is unlawful. Use it only on networks you trust.
Ferry is free to download and includes a number of free transfers. Ferry Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited transfers. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple.
Ferry is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Transfers over local networks depend on your devices, network, and operating systems, so we do not guarantee that every transfer will succeed. Keep your own backups of important files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferry and its developer are not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
